Zwift launches the MEETUP and we at Bodyfeed take this opportunity to also launch our BODYFEED MEETUP, where you will have the opportunity to participate in one of our training sessions and learn a little more about our training philosophy.

Bodyfeed meetup’s will be every Tuesday and Thursday, at 6 am Florida Easter Time

To participate, you must receive and accept an invitation from the MEETUP organizer using the ZWIFT COMPANION APP – the organizer can only send invitations to people who follow him on Zwift (Zwift rules). So it is important that you keep calling who is organizing MEETUP so that you can follow it on Zwift and thus receive an invitation to participate.

BOYFEED MEETUP ORGANIZER – “Eddie Keller (Bodyfeed)” after following the organizer you can post a comment on any Zwift activity or even contact us through one of our social networks making an invitation request, it’s free.

MEETUP is a training on the vast majority of the group and kept together, this follows NO-DROP, as long as you keep pedaling, you will be kept in the group, no matter how fast or strong you or other participants are working.

BODYFEED MEETUP is a PRIVATE training, you will only see the training participants during the execution.

Routes may vary to accommodate your workout in general, mostly flat courses, so you can properly perform the workout. Remembering that we can also choose to do a climb training.

The training instructions will be displayed on the screen step by step. Sometimes we will also have the training file ready for you to put in your Zwift account so you can also have the instructions on the screen.

At the moment the two days of MEETUP will be open to the public. Later, we will have a day for team members only and another day where we will have members and not members.

Another novelty as well and that soon we will also have Run MEETUP’s, Bricks (duathlon songs) and also events. Remembering that to participate in MEETUP you must receive an invitation from the MEETUP organizer and also accept the invitation.

 

Joining a Meetup

To join a meetup with fellow Zwifters on a iOS® or Android™ device , check out these steps below:

iOS® Devices

To join a meetup on an iOS®device, complete these steps:

Open Zwift Companion app on your device.

Select the invitation notification on the home screen.

 

On the home screen, select Going from the popup window.

 

After you select Going, you can set a reminder and add it to your iOS calendar 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes before the Meetup starts.

Once you select your preferences, select Save.

 

If this is your first time setting a reminder with ZC, select OK.

 

When it’s time for your Meetup, log in before it’s scheduled to start.

You can’t join a meetup late, so make sure you arrive a couple minutes early !

A couple minutes before the meetup starts, Zwift will take you to the starting point to wait with your friends.

 

Android™ Devices

To join a meetup on an Android™ device, complete these steps:

Open Zwift Companion app on your device.

Select the invitation notification on the home screen.

 

On the home screen, select Going from the popup window.

 

When it’s time for your Meetup, log in before it’s scheduled to start.

You can’t join a meetup late, so make sure you arrive a couple minutes early !

WHO WE ARE

We are an ONLINE COACHING offering IRONMAN Distance Training, Triathlon Coaching, Running Coaching, Duathlon Coaching, Cycling Coaching, Strength Training. Personalized Training Plans for Athletes of all ages and abilities. Nutrition, Hydration and Gear for all three disciplines.

HOW IT WORKS 

The first step is to fill out your registration here on the website and set up your payment method. We use the TrainingPeaks® app for training plan prescription and workout calendar. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.

By downloading the app you will have access to your training plan from wherever you are, on your mobile phone or desktop.

Once you have your registration completed one of our coaches will make the first personal contact to seek additional information, specific goals and daily routine.

THE WORKOUTS

The prescription of the workouts will be weekly, taking into account the feedback of the exercises performed in the current week;

All workouts are set via Trainingpeaks® that can be integrated with your Garmin Connect® and other methods of fitness tracking. Athletes are categorized according to the technical level and proving target. We use few different levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, those leves are set according to the aptitudes and previous experience of each student.

Each athlete will have their training prescribed and adapted according to their classification and their next goals, respecting their individuality, conditioning and daily routine.
