8:00pm – Swim Clinic + Swim Workout [ North Fort Myers Community Pool ]

• Day 2: Saturday 09/04

7:00am – Workout [ Yoga ] [ Joe Stonis Park ]

8:00am – Group Ride Clinic [ Joe Stonis Park ]

8:30am – Group Ride [ 2 different distances ] [ Joe Stonis Park ]

11:00am – Flat Tire and Bike Maintenance Clinic [ Joe Stonis Park ]

3:00pm – Swim Clinic + Workout [ Open Water ] [ Cape Coral Yacht Club ]

5:00pm – Stretching Clinic [ Cape Coral Yacht Club ]

7:00am – Running Clinic + Workout [ Ida Baker High School Track ]

Noon – Lunch
